Heavenly Villas
Heavenly Villas was purchased February 2011, and great success until hurricane Irma hit September 6, 2017. The original 1976 villa was completely destroyed. It was the last remaining wood structure in the development, it had survived hurricane’s Hugo, Marilyn, etc., but ran out of luck with Irma.
We began rebuilding in October 2018, and was completed in January 2020. Stronghouse Construction was the contractor, hence the name, they build incredibly strong houses. With 8” thick walls and 6” slabs, Heavenly Villas will be around for decades.
Heavenly Villas is now built on top of the Upper Deck Restaurant ruins which was destroyed by hurricane Hugo in 1989. The restaurant was the most popular place to go for beautiful sunset dinners and casual lunches with the incredible views. It was considered one of the best restaurants on the island of it’s time. Now it’s yours to enjoy!

Heavenly Villa is an amazing place! The villa has absolutely everything you could need to make your experience perfect! The Wirths have left nothing out! The view is second to none!! We thoroughly enjoyed our adventures on the island and the villa was the icing on the cake!

We just returned from Heavenly Villa on St. John. The villa is it an excellent location very close to downtown Cruz Bay. It is well equipped extremely comfortable and every detail is thought of by the owners Scott and Teri. With three well appointed master bedroom suites, each room has its own climate control, music control, and flatscreen television. Not that you would do much television watching in St. John, but it’s there if you choose to use it. There is ample outdoor space with beautiful furniture for reading in the morning, relaxing and enjoying cocktails at sunset. If you choose to eat in there is a large grill with a easy pass through to the kitchen to make meals at home much more convenient. It truly feels like a home away from home. With only a short 8 to 10 minute drive to downtown Cruz Bay with wonderful restaurants and the beginning of the beautiful stretch of white sand beaches…we would definitely plan to stay there again in the future.

By far the best place to stay on St John. Convenient to town and shopping. The views from the many balconies and roof deck are amazing! We used the shared pool 3 times and were the only ones there. The villa is well stocked with everything you would need, beach chairs, 2 full refrigeraters, washer and dryers on both floors. All Bedrooms are ensuite with their own baths and televisions. The living room has a huge 70 inch TV and sound system with seperately controlled speakers all over the villa. The outdoor grill has a huge pass through window. Scott and Terrie were fantastic through the whole process. Will definately stay at Heavenly Villa again!

What a magnificient stay we had at Heavenly Villa! This villa has everything you could ever need or want. It has been rebuilt since the hurricane so everything is brand new and beautiful! There is a refrigerator, coffee maker, and washer and dryer both upstairs and down! All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and all have wonderful views. The location of the house is perfect and very close to town. The view from the balcony is expansive and one of the best on the island! We spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the view and listening to music on the outside speakers. The owner Scott was excellent to work with and was readily available to answer any questions. The property manager Luciah met us promptly at the ferry and escorted us to the villa. Both Scott and Luciah were very friendly and wanted to make our stay as perfect as possible. Highly recommend Heavenly Villa!
